Hello!

Today we will talk about the fear of not liking ourselves, childhood traumas and how they affect our feminine energy.

Parents have a fundamental influence on the first energy center of the child (the root chakra or Muladhara), as it is most actively formed from the moment of conception until about 7 years of age. This center is responsible for basic survival, security, grounding and the child's right to exist. Since a small child does not have developed defense mechanisms, it literally "absorbs" the energy, emotions and attitude of its mother and father, turning them into its biological and energy matrix.

Children are like scanners for parental energy. If parents (especially with a first child due to lack of experience) experience constant panic about the child's health, financial survival or future, the child absorbs this anxiety. Chronic background fear in the home environment causes the first chakra center to work in a mode of constant deficit and hyperventilation (the "fight or flight" syndrome).

Muladhara governs bones, teeth, immune system and the instinct for self-preservation.

Excessive control and isolation:

When parents constantly stop a child with lines like "Don't run, you'll fall", "Don't touch the ground, it's dirty", they block the child's natural connection to grounding. Physical abuse or neglect: Any form of physical punishment directly traumatizes the first energy center, as it violates the physical integrity and boundaries of the individual.

What does a balanced vs. blocked first center look like in a child:

State of the first centerManifestation in the child

Main reason from parents

Balanced and strong.

Confident, calm, with good immunity, plays happily, trusts people. Emotional presence, security, warm physical closeness.

Blocked (Hyperreactive) Nervousness, constant fear of the dark/loneliness, tearfulness, alienation, frequent illnesses.

Chronic stress at home, criticism of emotions, emotionally cold parents.

In short: In order for a child’s first energy center to be healthy, they need parents who radiate stability. When a parent works on their own fears and provides a warm, predictable, and loving environment, the child’s root chakra develops properly, giving them a stable foundation for life.

When our body experiences fear, it always accumulates in our first energy center – the center of survival and well-being. If we don’t work with our energy for a long time, it gets blocked and problems arise in the physical body. A woman should be happy and radiate love instead of radiating fear and dislike for herself. To work with energy, we need to use our body; it is the tool that God gave us.

Ladies, if you are unlucky in love and are experiencing a lack of resources, ask yourself: “Is it possible that I have a blockage in the first energy center?” Working on this center is not easy; sometimes it takes weeks, months or even years. The feeling of relief and freedom that will follow, however, is certainly worth the effort. All problems related to the uterus and female muscles stem from a blocked first energy center. The problems that arise here are directly related to our inner world with our feelings. Feelings such as guilt, failure, shame, fear, resentment, pain, loneliness, neglect, inability to care for others are related to the uterus. It is extremely important to reconnect with our feminine essence that shines deep inside.
